Pavan has experience of over 25 years in Vessel Management, Dredging and Information Technology sectors. He established his early credentials in the 80’s with IMS’s Crewing Division during the explosive growth of Indian manning on foreign flag vessels. He also spearheaded the implementation of crewing IT solutions with special focus on Software Managed Operations across the organisation. Pavan also led the efforts in setting up the joint venture between IMS and SHV Energy (A Fortune 100 Company) to build India’s first privately owned LPG Terminal with a capacity of 300,000 MT p.a. Between 1999-2008 Pavan started up, established and ran India’s foremost Internet based Media company (ITNation India (p) Limited) providing India’s vast number of Technology Consumers and Businesses with information on various technologies solutions. Itnation was eventually acquired in 2008 by UTV India (a Disney Company) He currently drives IMS’s growth strategy as well as overseeing business development opportunities for the various Company divisions including Lighthouse 360.
Xerxes Daji is a Master Mariner with sailing experience of over 17 years, having worked in various capacities on various types of vessels. During his sailing career he has worked as an onboard trainer, pre-vetting inspector and internal auditor for various leading Ship Owners, Managers and Operators. Since 2009 he has worked with a leading ship agency in India and as a Ports and Harbors consultant working on major port infrastructure projects with CAPEX of up to USD 1 billion. He has over 6 year of experience in HR management for the Maritime and Oil & Gas Industry (downstream). Since 2014, he is associated with IMS Ship Management in charge of new business development including lighthouse 360.
