Executive Asst to CEO – Nhava Sheva

Qualifications-
Graduate from a recognized university
Computer literate – Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent Command of the English language
Undertaken any professional courses – secretarial/language/computer training.
Only female candidates.

Experience-
Minimum 5 years in senior secretarial capacity
High public relations skills in communication
Liaising with corporate executives
Organizing travel arrangements.
Organizing meetings/functions for a Director’s office, preferably in a multinational organization.
Ability to tackle job exigencies.

Key responsibilities –
To organize and maintain the CEO’s office in terms of administration and documents.
To liaise with all the departments/departmental heads reporting to the CEO for information/decisions
To initiate drafts/replies in respect of routine correspondence
To ensure follow-up of documents, as advised by the CEO
To provide routine secretarial assistance in terms of handling calls, setting appointments, arranging meetings and filing.
To initiate timely submission of documents to the Parent Company by the CEO, as and when required.
To arrange for Board Meetings/weekly management meetings.
To organize visits of VIPs to the Terminal and liaise with catering services for corporate entertainment in the Terminal.
To handle travel arrangements of staff when required
To maintain general PR with related level of executive secretaries in contact with the CEO’s office
To ensure proper recording and filing of documents.
