Opening for Assistant Training Manager- Equity with one of the leading broking firm

1. Candidate will be responsible for imparting various trainings for the employees in the sales and advisory desk viz Product, process and Selling skills
2. To evaluate the effectiveness of the training imparted and document the same.
3. Will be responsible for developing the content for various e-learning modules on trading in equities
4. To work closely with the sales and the dealing desk in training, coaching and hand holding the employees with an objective of increasing the productivity of the unit
5. Update self and the team knowledge and skill levels on a continual basis
6. Aligning with the business and identifying training needs across the respective department of the company and develop content with respect to the gaps
7. Evaluate employee’s current level of knowledge and skills by conducting assessments and keeping the line informed.
8. Develop various training manuals and other educational material.
